Nadine A. Rog, CMP
Nadine started her career in the early seventies, with a history of jobs including teaching ballet and working in the hospitality and restaurant industries. She expanded her experience with positions in hotels and resorts in both Florida and the Caribbean in catering and convention services. Nadine spent 25 years of her career in a corporate environment, including Real Estate development, customer service and managing the meetings and conventions department at Cordis, a Johnson & Johnson company, in Miami, Florida. She received numerous awards for her years of service and exceptional performance in planning corporate meetings, special events and company incentive trips. Nadine is an active member of Meeting Professionals International and has kept up her CMP credential. (Certified Meeting Professional).
Nadine’s first exposure to drawing and painting was at the age of 12, when she was given a set of pastels and a pad by a family friend. From pastels, she began to paint in oils and all through her educational years continued to paint as a hobby, giving most of her works away as gifts. Nadine studied under local artists in New Jersey and later in Florida. During the late seventies, she lived in the United States Virgin Islands where her love for Caribbean scenery and brilliant colors continued to inspire her paintings with a tropical flavor. She has sold many of her works, including hand-painted greeting cards and customized paintings.
The artist, Nadine, continues to grow her company by offering her artistic products to the public and the corporate sectors, as high caliber promotional gifts. Her company is becoming well known for its creative method of turning photographs into realistic creations on canvas and her portfolio varies from freelance pieces, to the innovative method of painting on photos. Nadine’s talent of giving each painting its own special identity is what differentiates her work from other artists. Her style of using brilliant colors and rich brush strokes capture the essence of the photo being turned into a magical masterpiece.
